Returns:

After receiving your items you have 4-7 days to contact us about issues with your item. After evaluating your issue we will decide how we will handle the matter.Exchanges won't be issued until after we have received and reviewed your item.Item must be unworn and in original state that your received your package.Customer is responsible for any shipping cost to and from our facilities.Please allow 3-5 business days for us to contact you.Please send proof purchase through email or inside package.This applies to store credit also.We do not offer refunds.

Lost/stolen items:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once package is out of our facilities we do not have control over what happens to your package.

Non-returnable items:

Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments are all FINAL SALE.

Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Shipping & processing time:

Please allow 3-7 business days for your item to be processed (not including weekends/holidays)

All of our items are sent out via USPS priority mail.

Damaged items:

If you receive your item and it is damaged please contact us immediately and send us proof of damaged item through email so we can issue an exchange/store credit.

 

Pick up Items:

We do not hold any items for pick up without purchase. Items can be picked up at your own convenience between 9am-7pm (please contact us before arriving via chat) Weekend pick ups are available upon request. At checkout please leave a note of approximate pick up date and time.
